This all-round dry rub from Nicolas Vahé is a popular and classic choice. It's meant to be sprinkled on meat as a marinade and to sit for 4-8 hours. Use on smoky meats such as pork beef and chicken. Dry rubs also have less of a chance of burning which makes it easier to use. Store closed and dry.
