The (re)ˣ hanger is manufactured from 100% recycled ocean and multi-layer plastics (MLP). These types of plastics are not easily recycled, but are able to be converted to a hanger via a proprietary technology. The (re)ˣ hanger is designed to be both durable and long lasting. It has reinforcements where other hangers typically break. Due to the recycling process colors may vary slightly.

This piece is constructed from Galvanized steel which has been used for more than 150 years by adding a physical barrier of zinc to the product. It protects it from corrosion and adds a matte patina over time.
